Verify before starting
Start a passenger or parcel trip only after entering the required OTP. For parcel delivery, complete the separate handover verification at the destination.
Communicate privately
Use the configured in-app voice, number-masking or direct-call workflow. For guest and parcel bookings, the recipient contact is used when appropriate.
Finish and continue
Complete payment and trip-end steps in the app. Your availability is restored after completion so you can receive the next eligible request.
